- Assisting in corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities - Assessing potential deals, originating and executing new business transactions and maintaining client relationship - Preparing pitch book and business proposals - Carrying out on site due diligence work primarily in the PRC - Coordinating work of other professional parties - Communicating with regulatory authorities including SFC and the Stock Exchange - Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations
- Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions; - Assist in preparing pitch books, executing transactions and conducting due diligence; - Review listing documents, announcements and circulars; and - Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Review, analyze investment opportunities, develops and write investment recommendations for potential investment opportunities for our private equity fund - Assist in various Corporate Finance projects, including M&A and financing activities, conduct industry and company research, and gather information from a variety of sources on potential targets
- Oversee the planning, implantation and tracking of the latest technical project about high capacity power bank and assist in listing of the corresponding company - Handling Taiwan clients’ request of purchasing gold and their payment status
