Responsible for the analysis of samples via GC-ECD. Primary duties include preparation/clean-up of sample extracts, instrument calibration, instrument maintenance, and data analysis. Ability to perform job requirements effectively during times of high demand. Ability to meet expected TAT in a constant effort to establish and maintain client satisfaction.
Full-time technician responsible for the preparation of samples undergoing analyses via GC and GC/MS instrumentation. Samples, primarily aqueous and soil matrices, undergo a solvent extraction performed following SOP guidelines. EPA methods include: 3540C soxhlet extraction, 3546 microwave extraction, and 3510C liquid-liquid extraction.
