Brian J. Cahill is a seasoned stylist with nearly 15 years of on-set experience in editorial, marketing and e-commerce styling. He started his career as an assistant to Lori Goldstein working on editorial and campaign shoots for clients including Vogue Italia, Vogue Japan, Vera Wang, Bally & many others. • Conceptualize and execute the creative direction and styling for all photography assets including marketing campaigns, online editorials & lookbooks, e-commerce imagery and social media content. • Research trends and present seasonal creative concepts to CEO and Executive Creative Team. • Provide art direction and edit image captures on set. • Review outfits with Styling Team each morning and make necessary adjustments. • Schedule style-outs and fittings for special projects. • Plan castings and go-sees to expand and diversify talent roster. • Manage Stylists and Freelance Team to elevate imagery and maximize efficiency on set. • Meet with Merchant Team to review assortments, highlight key items and establish creative needs. • Partner with Merchant and Design Teams to ensure product fit and pairings are on-brand. • Collaborate with Production Team to manage photoshoot calendar and ensure deadlines are met. • Follow up with Post-Production Team to ensure retouching is accurate and images are delivered on-time.
• Style all e-commerce thumbnails in collaboration with Lead Stylist. • Create and maintain Brand Style Guide, Fit Guide and Style Kit. • Plan Production Calendar and Shoot Schedule based on assortment size, creative needs and due dates. • Make seasonal styling supply and prop purchases while managing department budget. • Maintain studio and sample organization.
• Assist Lead Stylist on set for marketing and e-commerce photoshoots. • Manage the organization and prep of all apparel and accessory samples to shoot. • Act as liaison between the Studio and Merchandising/Design Teams.
