This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production planning, procurement, inventory management, and cost engineering for Vanderlande's manufacturing plant in Veghel. This position ensures seamless Manufacturing Engineering, Production planning, optimized material procurement, and cost-effective inventory management, driving overall manufacturing efficiency and financial performance. Furthermore it is driving the implementation and optimization of new products for Vanderlande via industrialization concepts. The role has close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Technology, supply chain, production, finance, and engineering, to achieve operational excellence and drive the organization’s strategic objectives.
Leading a team of 5 buyers and 4 planners, responsible for all procurement and planning processes in Vanderlande's own factory in Veghel. Working together with multiple departments, we strive for satisfaction in quality, delivery and costs. This is combined with improving our own processes and IT landscape across our factory.
Reporting to the head of Supply chain strategy and transformation. Leading a team of supply chain analysts (4 direct reports & 4 indirect reports) who facilitate continuous improvement projects with data-driven insights, project management and process development. Main topics were related to Cost reduction, leadtime reduction and planning optimization. Furthermore, I was in the lead to determine and drive of the supply chain development roadmap around our Supply chain processes and ERP system, and continuously validating new improvement opportunities.
EIT Digital is a leading European digital innovation and entrepreneurial education organisation driving Europe’s digital transformation. My job was to support the platform team of EiT Digital by helping them putting courses online, the evaluation different platforms for the future and organizing a workshop program. Next to that, I helped in the design of an online learning analytics dashboard.
Member of the board which organized a studytrip to Japan and Singapore with the theme "Outcome economy". The three-week study trip took place in the summer of 2016 with a group of 22 masterstudents .
Wincor Nixdorf was a German corporation that provided retail and retail banking hardware, software, and services. Wincor Nixdorf was engaged primarily in the sale, manufacture, installation and service of self-service transaction systems (such as ATMs), retail banking equipment, lottery terminals, postal terminals, software and services for global financial and commercial markets. The research project was about the harmonization of user interfaces from Wincor Nixdorf for the retail industry and looking at the retail trends to identify the needs for Wincor Nixdorf’s customers in the future.
