Graduated from the University of Bath in 2013 with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, and became a Chartered Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers in 2017. Responsible for leading the operations shift team within the complex running the FCC unit, HF Alkylation unit, Butane and Olefin MEROX unit, Gasoline desulfurisation unit, Butane isomerisation unit, Amine/Sulfur units. Responsible for maintaining safe and reliable operation whilst remaining environmentally compliant and achieving optimum profitability. Lead process engineer supporting Pembroke Refinery’s Cogeneration project through detailed engineering and construction. Experience in: Detailed engineering HAZOP and LOPA studies, providing robust design basis with process data collation and analysis, leading CHPQA scheme registration and benefit capture, COMAH safety report process description update, drawing reviews, 3D model review, development of risk mitigation recommendations, commercial energy contract support, building of process monitoring tools, supporting ETS permit application process, provision of load shedding analysis, check and validation of engineering deliverables including calculations and equipment datasheets.
Naphtha processing day support engineer. Daily optimisation of naphtha reformer, light naphtha isomerisation, hydrogen recovery and LPG recovery units.
Day support for Fluidised Catalytic Cracking Unit and gasoline desulphurisation unit.
