Responsible for achievement of the annual sales, profit and expense budgets. • Leadership and management of staff to ensure they are motivated and working with a focus within a team environment. • Building effective business relationships with key Wholesaler Regional Managers and other key customers • Contribute actively to the Senior Management teams within B&R Enclosures helping to establish company wide business strategy and ensuring implementation of agreed strategies
