Most SEO problems aren't SEO problems. They're architecture problems, prioritization problems, or organizational problems that eventually show up in a traffic graph. I'd rather build a system that compounds without constant intervention than a content calendar that keeps everyone busy. So I focus on whether the site structure, content model, and technical foundation are actually set up to scale. In practice, that's meant designing a search-led AI agent marketplace from scratch at ClickUp, building organic growth engines for physician practices led by Harvard and Stanford-trained specialists, rearchitecting eCommerce stores, and scaling my own portfolio to 1.5M monthly sessions and $7.5M+ in revenue. I operate best when I own the full picture, from strategy and technical execution through cross-functional coordination and measurement. Every system I've built works the same way: get the architecture right and growth takes care of itself.
Organic search strategy, AEO, and technical SEO at ClickUp. • Drive technical SEO initiatives across ClickUp's domains. Sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, structured data, crawl budget, and AI crawler access. • Led the AI Agent marketplace from concept to launch. Defined the architecture and taxonomy, authored the spec, and built the mockups. Category sees 800K+ monthly searches. • Architecting a net new content hub on a purpose-built entity graph, structured to rank in organic search and be cited by AI answer engines. • Developing a GEO and AEO program. Content restuctured for LLM extractability, expanded schema, and other more. Targeting citation share in AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot. • Identified a parasite SEO infiltration on two subdomains (200M+ toxic backlinks) and coordinated cleanup across engineering, product, and security. • Build internal AI tooling and MCP servers that connect content production, internal linking, and localization QA to Claude and other LLMs. • Measure organic and AI visibility together. Rankings and traffic through Ahrefs and GA4, share of voice and AI referrals through Brand Radar and Hex, BigQuery underneath.
