Project managing the development and implementation of a new industry leading research software solution in the equine sector for the oldest horse charity in the World (the largest provider of grant funding for equine welfare in the UK).
I completed almost 4 years contracting with SJP and in that time I have worked on; Full lifecycle implementation of the ‘recent transactions’ aspect of a new remuneration platform solution; I was the Lead Analyst for the work package and also managed the business SME and UX teams in order to deliver the recent transactions to the Advisor Portal. Direct management and indirect support of several changes to the main correspondence solution between multiple outsourced administration providers and the client’s owns systems. This consisted of multiple admin teams, internal teams in the UK and Asia, 3rd party development teams (which were a blend of co-location and off-shore), and print fulfilment houses. Management of multiple system upgrades, originated through the Change function, for the Client Portal solution; these required direct business readiness support to the outsourced administration centre and internal client servicing teams. Business consultant on the initial implementation of client data to support the advice and business submission processes as part of the adoption of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud CRM platform.
Project Manager on multiple client projects, for 2 major banks, delivering a Broker Mortgage Origination solution; planning & scheduling, resourcing, budget control, reporting (project status reports, RAID management), dependency management (full Gives and Gets), team, client & stakeholder management.
Responsible for project managing and leading the Correspondence Workstream on the company's biggest ever programme to replace the administration system with a new platform/CRM offering, working with multiple administration centres, suppliers and internal teams. Other projects included time-bound regulatory mailings, initiation of a solution for new FATCA legislation, and implementation of an Electronic Business Submission solution for multiple products.
