Product • Built a new design language with shared assets library across web and mobile platforms to optimize for efficiency and consistency in the design process. Resulting in a speed increase for designing and testing new features • Grew and led UX team from 5 to 11 across 9 months within a plan of consolidating existing resources, recruiting new talent to fill critical areas necessary for growth and expanding to include user research as a discipline • Refactored design for data analytics platform based on responsive design principles • Weekly testing for insights, concept validation, interaction model solutions and usability problems 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 • Designed a new UX recruiting and interview process to improve efficiency, team and project fit, and better overall candidate experience during a rapid growth phase for the company
