I advise on early-stage real estate development strategy, with a focus on feasibility, acquisition diligence, entitlement strategy, financial modeling, conceptual planning, and predevelopment execution. My work helps owners, developers, investors, and project teams evaluate complex sites before committing major capital. This includes assessing zoning and entitlement pathways, infrastructure and utility constraints, development capacity, financial feasibility, market positioning, and execution risk. Services include feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use analysis, pro forma modeling, acquisition diligence, entitlement strategy, density bonus analysis, early-stage massing and masterplanning studies, office-to-residential conversion analysis, adaptive reuse feasibility, public agency coordination, and executive investment memoranda. I am particularly focused on infrastructure-constrained and entitlement-sensitive projects where real estate, design, regulation, utilities, and capital strategy need to be evaluated together.
