Create tailored programs, sessions and environments that are specific to the player journey (both within and away from the team) so that they can succeed on and off the field. Assist in fostering a club culture that ensures a community-wide, holistic approach to care and establish effective partnerships with organizations to promote healthy influence in the community. To help support and guide the athletes on the spiritual side of their life. Areas of Focus Developing, scheduling & implementation of educational programs, spiritual devotional, chapel services for coaches, players, and club staff. Developing family support, counseling for families and significant others. Developing criteria for identifying local and national suicide prevention and mental health organizations for collaboration purposes. Developing models of player programming for specific needs including: transitioning in and out of the sport, social connectedness and resilience, injured players, and peer support. Working with players while injured to connect with local organizations, schools, and hospitals to provide ambassador opportunities for the player to represent the club in a positive manner.
