I am a Business Development professional with a sales training and teaching background. I am adept at bringing value to organisations, driving business and sales forward. Key achievements include: Skills Coach: Every learner on program achieved or exceeded predicted Grades timely. An excellent understanding of challenges faced and adept at creating change to improve outcomes and engagement. Business Development Manager collaborated with the Operations department to create a solution to mitigate seasonal fluctuations in sales, succeeded in launching a new product and personally achieving £3.5m of new sales over a 3.5 year period. Introduced a new pricing policy resulting in an uplift in price per unit sold by 1600% securing a refresh rate of 90% for the business.
