My expertise spans multiple disciplines and sectors, and I have had the privilege of managing recruitment teams while partnering with senior leaders in organisations of all sizes. Most recently, I have taken on a new role as HR Talent Partner with Ace Express Freight, where I am applying my recruitment leadership and HR experience to help build agile and high-performing teams for this great company. Ace Express Freight have been at the forefront of the Irish logistics landscape, and I am pleased to contribute to their ongoing ambition to be Ireland’s freight and logistics partner of choice.
As HR Talent Partner, I report to the Head of HR and partner with our business leaders to attract and engage the top talent in our industry, through effective employer branding and responsive recruitment practices. I help our business units to identify training opportunities within their teams, to overcome operating challenges, boost efficiencies, and support succession planning strategies.
I led the Irish business for DOMINO HR INTERNATIONAL IRELAND, an independent Human Resources consultancy company headquartered in Lyon, France. I supported Irish and international customers with recruitment, executive search, training, talent Management solutions, and assessment services. Reporting to the business leadership in France, I managed local resources in Ireland and oversaw the delivery of our projects.
Practice lead within CMR Group for Trust & Safety recruitment. Assisting customers to identify and attract existing Talent within the Trust & Safety field and working with industry bodies to build messaging and communications around opportunities and career paths within the sector. I also strive to raise awareness of the importance of Trust & Safety in the modern world of online connectivity and interaction.
General business manager with CMR's Irish entity, responsible for all aspects of the business management and service functions. I act as client relationship manager for our key account here in Ireland which include several enterprise global tech brands, leading BPO companies and US FDI entities who have opened customer contact operations in ROI. Additionally I negotiate and agree commercial business terms, service-level agreements and oversee service delivery and team performance management. I am also corporate partner to two industry bodies in the Customer contact and Customer experience fields.
My role covered 360 recruitment of fully qualified Accountants for new and existing PeopleSource clients across Industry, Financial Services and Accountancy Practice. In addition to recruitment I assisted the Managing Director with systems, process improvement and marketing. I was also responsible for negotiating and managing our corporate partnership relations, specifically with the ACCA and CPA.
I was Principal Consultant with the Industry & Commerce team working specifically for permanent recruitment in the fully-qualified, senior hire market. My client base was predominantly in the SME space, located in Dublin and parts of Leinster. I was also part of the assistant management team at Brightwater, with additional responsibilities for recruitment activities and commercial targets for the division, supporting our market engagement with participation at industry-related events and helping the company with continuous improvement, training and welcoming new recruits.
As Assistant Manager I provided support to the Senior Managers and Directors on reporting, company initiatives, Commercial agreements and Mentoring Junior team members throughout the business. In my day-to-day role I lead the Dublin/Leinster branch of the Brightwater HR Division, recruiting all levels of Human Resources hires and partnering with companies in all sectors and industries.
