Completed a month-long internship across Ashurst LLP’s Shanghai and Singapore offices, gaining exposure to the legal and commercial frameworks that underpin international business. Worked alongside professionals on cross-border corporate matters involving mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and corporate advisory. Conducted legal and commercial research, assisted with transaction documentation, and observed how legal strategy, risk management, and financial considerations shape complex international transactions. The experience strengthened my commercial awareness and deepened my interest in international business, finance, and global markets.
