- Maintain inventory levels for supplier overseas by analyzing past historical data through SAP service portal. - Forecast demand outlook to ensure appropriate lead times are in order to meet customer required and ship dates. - Drive report updates and bookings review to help improve efficiency and quality for Account Managers. - Use Cognos reports to analyze variances and gaps in inventory to reduce backorders and overall inventory levels. - Help drive updates in lifecycle management by reviewing past due components and entering ECOs to improve quality of production. - Assist Order Management Representatives during peak periods by entering purchase orders and sales order changes. - Assist Account Managers in data collection and report gathering.
