Possess an understanding of laboratory procedures and can conduct complex analysis. Perform a variety of routine sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in a variety of formulations and/or biological matrices for stability and analytical testing. Train on routine operation, maintenance, and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Responsible for review and compilation of results and data comparison against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocol and product specifications. Can work with GLP and/or GCP studies and GxP trained.
Helped deliver packages during the holiday season to residential and commercial customers, performing upwards of 100 stops per day. Managed customer returns as well as answered any questions regarding shipping and handling. Along with daily personal routes in the Verona and Middleton areas, assisted other drivers with their routes in the Greater Madison area whenever help was needed.
Assemble/disassemble furniture, pack, load, and unload items safely in a professional manner while under time constraints; work with a diverse group of customers to handle billing, questions, and concerns throughout the residential or commercial move to ensure quality customer service; work with various teams of movers on both local and national moving jobs.
While working with both diverse teams of students and independently, performed duties which included: emptying trash and recycling; vacuuming; cleaning toilets; cleaning and washing sinks, windows, mirrors, showers, and stairwells; collecting compost; collecting and sorting dishes to return to food service; removing litter from grounds; sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and extracting floors; snow removal; event set-ups and tear-downs.
Operated cash register, helped load/unload inventory, watered plants, cleaned restrooms and floors, and assisted customers. Took initiative to independently stock shelves and take inventory as time permitted.
