Recruiting across UK and Ireland for Field Ops roles • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for Area Manager and Operations Manager roles across numerous Fulfillment Centers • Ensure steadfast compliance with Amazon's Global Recruiting policies as well as all relevant local/regional regulations, while also educating peers on these guidelines as needed. • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to forecast and plan hiring needs, as well as regularly report on key metrics and data points. • Own the candidate closing and offer extension processes for both internal and external candidates. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) business unit
Working with the RME team at Amazon to connect passionate Maintenance Engineers with outstanding opportunities in the UK! Supporting the hiring for: Planners, Automation Engineers, Area Managers, and RME Managers.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Hiring Managers, and HR Partners to discuss vacancies needs and updates. Provide onsite support in functional areas of the human resources department, including the recruitment, employment, and personnel records of candidates and applicants. Update candidates’ profiles and move through the hiring process. Full Cycle recruitment from sourcing and creating a candidate pipeline, interviewing candidates, assessment evaluation, background process to onboarding all new employees. Creatively identify new and/or improve upon sourcing methods which include community outreach and involvement. Collaborate with human resource managers, talent acquisition coordinators, and department heads on candidate assessment and selection.
Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system. Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using basic Boolean search language. Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search. Reach out and connect with sourced leads to assess fit and interest in open positions. Support professional and university hiring requisition or application. Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on the position’s requirements. Provide research support to the recruitment team. Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.). Effective communication with the hiring manager and candidate including standard meetings and calls. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Hiring Managers, and HR Partners to discuss vacancies needs, strategy and updates. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: resume review, interview, offer, negotiation, closed candidates for assigned requisitions, (E2E - end to end). Train and mentor new hires. Other duties as assigned.
