MA, DipPsych, FCIPD I established Shannon Consulting in 2001 and specialise in executive & leadership coaching and HR consulting. Since then I have built a strong reputation with a wide variety of corporate and private clients. My special interests include leadership development, women in leadership, talent management and employee engagement and regularly write articles on management topics to prompt debate and create awareness. My approach is both supportive and challenging and my coaching practice is backed up with solid business experience in a fast moving environment. I passionately believe that today's organisations will succeed only if they continually invest in the development of their leaders and management teams. I also provide a HR consultancy service to the SME sector and can advise and contribute at every level of the HR cycle. I also regularly act as an independent chairperson on interview panels for civil and public service recruitment and promotional vacancies. My client relationships are based on values of honesty, integrity, and reliability, supported by sound professional expertise and a strong work ethic. I have a first class honours Masters degree in Human Resources and Diplomas in Psychology and Accounting & Finance. I am a long-time Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches and of the Association for Coaching. I am licensed to use a variety of psychometric tools including MBTI, ECR/ECR360 and Strengthscope.
