Scheduled closings with attorneys and customers, processed and reviewed sales files including contracts, prepared closing legal documents and closing statement in Microsoft Word utilizing mail merge format, reviewed attorney settlement statements, vouchered and payed township taxes, obtained property surveys, insurance certificates, ensure closings went smoothly and efficiently, prepared various department reports in excel, processed post-closing documentation and checks, set up and maintain sales system database in Vax system
Process contracts, amendments and other sales related documents, prepare various correspondence to purchasers after contract, process deposits, attend sales and construction meetings weekly, prepare vouchers, key vouchers in accounts payable system on an as needed basis, prepare various sales reports for weekly meetings, schedule closings with attorneys and buyers
