- Serve as Racing Technology Domain Architect to support the Club running World Class Races for 88 local racedays and 67 simulcast racedays including 12 racedays in China. - Manage and govern organizational technologies, systems and infrastructure conforming with architecture standards. - Design and oversee multi-millions projects and billions strategic programmes including * Conghua Racecourse Capacity Expansion up to for more than 1,000 horses and 9,500 visitors. * Conghua Race Meetings through staging international standard racing on a regular basis at CRC from 2026. * China Government National Equine Industry Development Plan (2020-2025) to boost the country’s equestrian and horse racing operations. * Development of an equine value chain such as an international equine quarantine facility to enable cross-border transportation, import and export of horses both internationally and locally. * Systems design for horse welfare and healthcare on par with international standards, such as setting up one-stop service of Horse Retirement Programme and Horse Biobanking Repositiory for Equine Welfare Research Foundation. * Establishment of Customer Experience Digital Touchpoint to promote Racing as Sport & Entertainment and forming Racing Community in China. * Development of Horse Identification System in addressing Decree No. 271 of the General Administration of China Customs regarding to leveraging digital solutions to automate the process for cross-border transportation risk management objectives.
