I'm a UX researcher with a simple conviction: research only matters if it changes a decision. I come from Cognitive Behavioral Psychology — so I care less about what users say and more about how people actually decide. Over 7 years that took me from designing interfaces to leading research full-time, which means I know what a designer needs from a finding, because I've been the one building from it. Right now I do mixed-methods research for Nestlé Nespresso's new global e-commerce platform: 40+ studies in 18 months, plus the systems that make research stick — a research roadmap, behavioral personas teams actually use, a validation loop so findings become iterations, not slides. Before that: research programs for SEAT and CUPRA across 6 international markets, and a +24% CTR redesign at Jobtome born from watching how people scan and choose. Methods I use often: usability testing (moderated & unmoderated), user interviews, survey design, concept testing, card sorting, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, journey mapping — plus the behavioral layer where the "why" usually lives. Embedded UX Researcher with Nestlé Nespresso's digital product team, leading research for the new global e-commerce platform. • Conducted 40+ mixed-methods studies (moderated and unmoderated usability testing, in-depth user interviews) with 600+ participants in 18 months, establishing research as the decision gate for every feature of the new website, launching late 2026. • De-risked the end-to-end redesign — every core user flow plus the new art direction — by testing continuously from wireframe stage through dev-ready prototypes, with round-2 validation confirming each iteration resolved the friction found in the previous round. • Defined and prioritized the cross-functional research roadmap, partnering daily with product leads, product owners, product designers, content designers and service designers. • Developed behavioral personas and decision-making archetypes from interview data, adopted by product teams as the shared framework for prioritization. • Translated findings into design recommendations and facilitated cross-functional ideation sessions.
UX Designer on a high-traffic job search platform, combining design with hands-on evaluative research. • Increased click-through rate by 24% on the platform's highest-traffic page (job search SERP), measured through pre/post behavioral data, by redesigning listing cards based on heatmap analysis, funnel data and user surveys. • Reduced average scan-to-first-click time by ~30% by restructuring the listing card hierarchy around the user decision sequence (title → salary → contract → recency), validated through prototype testing with active job seekers. • Designed the salary consultation page from zero, iterating each release through usability testing and A/B tests run with engineering. • Reduced application drop-off by redesigning sign-up and introducing SSO, after research identified mandatory account creation as the main barrier to completing applications. • Partnered with product managers and engineers in Agile teams to define hypotheses and success metrics.
14 is a Barcelona-based UX agency; I was embedded with SEAT & CUPRA's digital product teams leading research programs across international markets. • Validated CUPRA's unified purchase platform concept through remote moderated concept testing with 12 users across 6 international markets (UK, FR, ES, DE, IT, AU), delivering a three-tier readiness framework that gated the concept before UI production investment. • Produced 17 recommendations ranked by conversion impact through a heuristic evaluation of CUPRA product pages across 4 markets; findings became the evidence baseline for the global redesign. • Achieved zero post-delivery revision requests on a global content architecture by facilitating participatory workshops with HQ and 3 market teams — card sorting and persona-based ranking of 20+ content elements. • Complemented qualitative programs with user surveys and competitive benchmarking to triangulate findings.
End-to-end UX Designer at an edtech startup, working directly with teachers and students — the platform's core users. • Informed product decisions by conducting interviews and usability tests with teachers and students, surfacing pain points that drove each iteration cycle. • Improved navigation clarity by restructuring the platform's information architecture, validated through user testing before release. • Reduced design-development rework by testing wireframes, flows and prototypes with users before build. • Built and maintained a scalable design system based on atomic design principles.
