Hi there, my name is Breanna! I am a Bachelor prepared Registered Nurse currently in an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program with an expected graduation date of November 2024. My clinical rotations have included Family Practice and Geriatric Primary Care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. I have been a nurse for twelve years and began my career working for the Cleveland Clinic in the post-open heart and thoracic surgery ICU. I have additional experience in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, home health, and leadership. In 2018, I was voted clinician of the year among my peers, and I graduated my BSN program with honors. I believe optimal health begins with a healthy lifestyle including stress management and nutrition. In order to better support my clients, I obtained my certification as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I have additional certifications as a Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
