- Work closely with the Head of Credit to review and enhance Upgrade's underwriting practice (strategy, credit policy, and model use) to achieve results within Upgrade's credit risk tolerance - Develop and implement data-driven strategies using statistical tools - Partner with senior team members to identify delinquency/loss trends and develop credit policies to optimize investor returns - Back-test credit strategies using historical performance and review the impact of credit expansion/tightening - Monitor return and risk performance of the credit portfolio and communicate insights.
