Develop and deliver undergraduate and MBA-level curriculum in Organizational Management, Leadership & Motivation, High-Performance Management, and Entrepreneurship within the College of Business & Economics at Cal State LA—recognized as #1 in the nation for social mobility. Nominated Adjunct Instructor of the Year by the College of Business Management Department, I bring more than two decades of cross-sector leadership experience into the classroom as a founder, CEO, and former director for U.S. Department of Commerce. I designed and facilitate a 10-week Leadership Certificate Program in partnership with the Los Angeles Personnel Department and the Professional Managers Association, graduating over 250 mid- to senior-level public-sector professionals.
