PRODUCTION - Manage daily industrial production process to meet customer specifications for the paper industry. - Rely on root cause analysis in the production process to uncover gaps, trigger points, and bottlenecks. - Coordinate production trials with new and existing customers. - Implement 6S and Lean Manufacturing Principles. - Analyze production process KPIVs and KPOVs as well as product characteristics using advanced Excel knowledge and experience by creating pivot tables and trend charts. - Utilize SAP Production Planning Module as Key User for NAPCC Group. - Trained as a ISO Lead Auditor. MAINTENANCE - Utilize SAP PM Module to plan and schedule all preventive and condition based maintenance in industrial production facility. - Plan large scale annual outage using internal man-power and external contractors to meet objectives. - Evaluate plant financial status to meet budgeting expectations. - Support corporate initiatives to implement and maintain a 6S production facility. - Engage in daily maintenance activities and troubleshooting by using vast knowledge as a Master Electrician and experienced automation technician. - Provide immediate and local solutions for computer and automation based hardware and software as a former network administrator. - Fabricate and repair process equipment and product pipelines as an experienced welder able to utilize multiple welding techniques across a wide variety of materials. - Comply with OSHA safety standards including Confined Space, LOTO, and Working from Heights Standards using gas detection sniffers and fall-arrest equipment. - Optimize plant uptime by strategically planning preventive maintenance to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products to customers.
