Snackable Mental Health is a growing mental wellness platform that blends education, empathy, and humour to make mental health conversations accessible to everyone. As founder and host, I develop and produce weekly podcast episodes, short-form “CarBites,” and video clips that explore everyday experiences with honesty and heart. Required to lead all activities, parties and functions at a busy retirement home in downtown Cobourg, Ontario, Canada at a Full Time position. The Activity Aide implements programs to meet the various physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs of residents and assists in monitoring their needs and progress.
