Advising leaders on recruitment, HR and marketing tactics. Provide HR support to all clinicians to ensure the best possible experience with Premier.
Full cycle recruitment of truck drivers across the country, through the use of different job boards and ATS programs. Responsible for advertisements on Facebook Business, Indeed and other job boards in the trucking industry. Managed content for Facebook page and website through use of pictures and videos highlighting our equipment and preventative maintenance program. Connected with potential employees through Facebook, Linkedin and referrals from our current drivers. Assisted with onboarding by reviewing employee handbook and code of conduct with new-hires. Knowledge of policies and procedures in the trucking industry. Collected W4 and direct deposit information from new hires for payroll.
Attended a variety of trade shows in areas of Wisconsin, in order to build clientele through face to face interactions. Offered knowledge of Bath Fitter product and promote free in home estimate of Bath Fitter services to clients to generate leads and appointments. Professionally greeted potential clients with a positive attitude. Offered training help to new hires by showing them best approach styles at trade shows.

Through my various sourcing techniques, I build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of ManpowerGroup Solution’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing line of business.
