My background is pretty hands-on — I graduated from UW–Madison in 2019 with a degree in Economics, and I’ve been involved in customer service and business operations ever since. I started in finance and billing at Labcorp, which gave me a solid understanding of revenue and accounting. Over the years, I’ve also worked closely with my family’s businesses, so I’ve learned how to adapt quickly, work hard, and wear a lot of hats.
