I am an Associate in Clifford Chance Singapore’s Funds & Investment Management team. Seated in the private funds group, my experience include advising on regulatory concerns, formation, and maintenance of investment funds, both onshore and offshore. I also had previous experience in public takeovers, asset finance, as well as capital market work on the SGX-ST. I graduated from Singapore Management University's Yong Pung How School of Law. Key areas of interest include globalisation and the economy, as well as commercial law with a focus on funds and capital market work.
