I’ve spent nearly 20 years in operations, and if there’s one thing I’m known for, it’s this: I help organizations create processes that teams can actually execute, and when things change quickly, I make sure the details don’t fall through the cracks. My background spans e-commerce, sales operations, and customer experience, where I’ve led teams through growth, transition, and the realities of high-volume work. I’m at my best when I’m connecting people, processes, and systems in a way that makes work clearer, easier to execute, and more sustainable for everyone involved. Today, I lead end-to-end operations across e-commerce management and customer experience, while also supporting and shaping sales operations. A big part of my focus is building structures that allow sales teams to focus on selling, support teams to support, and customers to move through the experience without feeling the friction behind the scenes. Earlier in my career, I worked in nonprofit and compliance-heavy environments, managing fiduciary responsibilities and navigating strict regulatory frameworks. That experience shaped how I lead today. I’m thoughtful about risk, proactive about problem-solving, and intentional about doing things the right way, not just the fast way. I care deeply about developing teams that can scale without burning out or losing sight of the mission. I do my best work in organizations that see operations not as a back-office function, but as a strategic partner in growth, trust, and long-term impact. I believe good operations create space for people to do meaningful work well.
