• Management and coordination of the team electrical & engineering workshop • Detection and elimination of technical faults in electrical equipment • Maintenance and repair of mediumvoltage equipment • Coordination of external services • Perform minor & major electrical engineering construction work • Review and documentation of electrical systems and preparation of audit reports • Responsible for cost and availability of materials • Responsible for the operation incl. Handling inquiries and calculations and quotations
• Carrying out maintenance on electrical equipment • Localization and resolve of electrical problems • Monitoring of the building by Building Managment System • Perform minor electrical engineering construction work • Supervision, coordination and approval of subcontractor services
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and conversion of o electrical equipment for HVAC systems o access control systems o Security systems o fire alarm systems • Creation of test and measurement protocols for electrical installations and equipment • Installation of various switching and distribution facilities • Detection and elimination of technical faults • Participation in major projects • Participation in the 24h emergency call service
