Market Strategy & Planning for P&G's Surface & Aircare brands in BE, NL & LUX. - Responsible for go-to-market and commercial strategy for the brands Antikal, Ambipur/Febreze, Mr Propre & Swiffer in Benelux. -Lead the national roll-out of P&G's innovations within these brands, ensuring effective execution and market impact. - Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Marketing, Finance, Product Supply, and Data Analysts to develop and execute strategies that enhance overall business performance. - Work and optimize external/internal databases to leverage consumer and financial insights for the Marketing and Sales teams. -Directly coach and mentor a team of 10 Account Executives in the Benelux organisation.

As a member of InterSearch, one of the world's largest incorporated organisations for executive search, selection and human resource consultancy, Schelstraete Delacourt Associates offers professional services on an (inter)national level. As a research consultant I was tasked with developing and implementing the recruitment strategies that will lead to candidates that match the clients’ profile requirements. I identified and searched candidates, contacted them and conducted telephone screenings. Besides my daily tasks I did two projects for Schelstrate Delacourt Associates. 1) Assisting the Talent Acquisition Officer with developing and redesigning the Employer Branding strategy of Schelstraete Delacourt Associates. 2) Increase the jobfair presence and interaction with students in Ghent.
