About

I run industrial portfolios at reco, where I hold an equity stake and a board seat alongside the Project Portfolio Manager role. The work spans process design, supply chain restructuring, contract negotiation, financial modelling, and programme delivery with multinational clients and European partners. My approach is mechanism-first. I want to understand how a system works before deciding what to change in it. That applies whether the question is a contract structure, a logistics flow, a manufacturing line, or a portfolio prioritisation call. The deliverables are practical: signed contracts, working processes, programmes that complete, and decisions that hold up under review. I have direct line management responsibility and own commercial development, pricing, and reporting for the company's core programmes. I work in Danish, English, and Icelandic, and operate routinely across Nordic and EU jurisdictions. Alongside the core role, I build internal tooling and AI-assisted workflows for operations and process development. The work is practical and codified rather than experimental: contract analysis, financial modelling, document generation, and structured decision support, deployed inside live programmes. Background sits at the intersection of business engineering and applied operations. Before reco I competed at international level in swimming and chaired a student council of several thousand members. Coordination, performance under pressure, and structured decision-making carry directly into how I work now.
