I earned my Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint certifications in 2019 at Menomonee Falls High School. I work at Server products based in Richfield, Wisconsin, as an assembly worker. Communication, teamwork, & adaptability is huge in the field of work, along with many more skills. I am also a Summer Assistant for the Department of Public Works that landscapes and cleans the parks & streets in and around the Menomonee Falls area.
Assemble products or parts according to blueprints, work instructions, or supervisor guidelines. Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools safely. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors. Meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
