Brad joined Financial Data Exchange in July, 2019 as General Counsel after acting as outside counsel from Brad's legal practice emphasizes mergers and acquisition transactions as well as federal and state securities laws compliance. Mr. Jacobsen’s practice also involves the formation and financing of start-up businesses as well as real estate matters. Mr. Jacobsen has counseled numerous clients on public and private securities offerings, merger and acquisition transactions and credit and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Jacobsen served as an officer and chairman of the Securities Law Section of the State Bar of Utah from 2003-2008 and 2017-2020.
