Brad has 25 years of experience in complex business litigation, with a focus on contract, real estate and healthcare matters. He takes on a wide variety of real estate-related and contract disputes, as well as property ownership, landlord-tenant and commercial leasing disputes, unlawful detainer actions and insurance defense matters. Brad is well versed in both State and Federal Court, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
