As head of Team One at Marshall White my role was to manage the business entity which was formerly Marshall White One. Some of the roles involved monitoring profit and loss , recruiting , training , mentoring approx 10- 12 younger sales people within the Marshall White business across various offices including Armadale, Hawthorn , Brighton and Albert Park.
As franchise manager my role was to assist various offices across the Barry Plant group of 80 plus offices with business management, sales training, recruitment , auction training ,agent mentoring, growth strategy analysis and planning. I would regularly run careers nights, regular sales training sessions and ran an auction school to develop auctioneers within the Barry Plant group.
