Please come and have a look at bradsadlerpsychotherapyandcounselling.com.au and book a free 15-minute phone chat if you would like to explore how we might work together for your benefit. In brief, I enjoy creating the conditions for discovering meaning, clarity, and purposeful enjoyment in all aspects of life. My intent is to engage with people wanting to make meaningful change in their lives and the lives of their communities and workplaces. To this end, I have recently completed a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy to augment my extensive experience in governance, senior executive leadership, advocacy, mentoring, counselling and community service. I have now completed the process of putting all the infrastructure in place to create the capacity to engage online and in person. So, do drop by and have a chat.

Life's transitions are many and varied. Some arrive quietly, as subtle shifts in direction; others land with force, disrupting what once felt certain. Whether you are navigating loss, relationship change, questions of identity, or a growing sense that something in your life no longer fits, this is a space to engage more deeply with your experience. You may be at a point where old ways of coping no longer serve you, or where you sense the possibility of living differently but are unsure how to proceed. Let's co-create a space to pause, reflect, and reorient, not by stepping away from life, but by engaging with it more fully.
