Retired US Army logistician with US Forces Japan. 33 years of military experience with 22 years of safety operations experience in construction, general industry, DOT, medical device and heavy manufacturing. Considerable experience with fleet management, warehousing, and supply chain management. Highly proficient in MS office, training in Powered Industrial Truck, Confined Space Entry, and LOTO. Seven years safety, fleet, and warehouse experience with heavy manufacturing of steel buildings, six years experience with commercial HVAC-R safety in service and construction. Prior experience with EM 385-5 US Army Corps of Engineers safety energy saving company projects. Prior projects included DoD, DoS, and DoE. Numerous international awards for safety excellence in fall protection designs and behavior based safety. Recently completed three successful software rollouts to modernize safety systems for feed manufacturing, grain storage, millwright operations, and distribution. I prefer to use a collaborative approach to complex safety solutions fully utilizing staff to include engineering, maintenance, location leadership, and executive accountability emphasis. Fully versed in SPCC, SWPPP, OSHA 500, OSHA 501, RCRA, forklift TTT, NFPA 70E and combustible dust standards, machine guarding, and boiler safety operations.
