I help digital agencies turn web accessibility into a measurable revenue argument. Inaccessible websites and webshops lose conversions, inflate support costs, and cost agencies tenders. I work with agency owners and their teams to fix that at the strategy level, not just the checklist level. My work sits at the intersection of accessibility strategy, WordPress, and agency operations. I specialize in WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) and the block editor at agency scale, which means I work with the tools your developers and content teams already use. With agencies, I work at three levels. At the strategy level, I build the accessibility argument that gets design, development, content, and sales pulling in the same direction, with a shared commercial case, not competing priorities. At the team level, I coach on digital accessibility processes that slot into existing workflows rather than adding overhead. And beyond the agency walls, I speak at companies, WordCamps, and meetups across Europe to shift the conversation from compliance thinking to business thinking. I'm member of the IAAP and a product ambassador for Greyd.Suite, an accessibility-ready WordPress platform built for agencies.
As an independent accessibility strategist, I work with digital agencies across Europe to build accessibility into their commercial offer rather than treating it as a compliance afterthought. My work covers accessibility strategy, agency coaching, and WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) at agency scale. I help agency teams build processes that are sustainable, not just technically correct. That means coaching on digital accessibility workflows, closing the gap between design, development, and content, and making the business case legible to decision-makers inside the agency and to their clients. I speak at conferences, company events, and meetups in English, German, and Dutch. I am a Product Ambassador for Greyd.Suite, an accessibility-ready WordPress platform built for agencies.
• Host a podcast focused on accessibility in WordPress and other open-source platforms. • Engage with guests to explore the intersection of technical design and commercial advantages of accessibility. • Foster discussions that highlight the importance of accessible websites and webshops for all users.
Specifically for developers who depend on the use of frameworks and specific libraries, I wanted to start this project intending to optimize access to information about creating accessible software, apps and websites. In a way that makes sense to a developer. "Nothing about us, without us" is a sentence we say a lot in the world of accessibility. And it goes for developers as well, in this case!
