Direction and monitoring of multidisciplinary engineering projects: Railway infrastructure (Buildings, Electricity & HVAC, Elevators & Escalators, Platforms, etc.) & VRD. -Developing and refining the strategic direction of projects -Leading and managing teams -Review and validation of the execution files -Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders -Monitoring projects and deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are clear (planning, progress, technical solutions) -Supervision and coordination multidisciplinary team activities -Writing of monthly progress report -Participation in technical and financial offers -Participation and contribution to dialogue with all project stakeholders.
