My responsibilities: - Tracking all the projects starting from the order untill delivering the project and financial closure. -Managing project phases and assets. -Direct communications with customers in order to coordinate project requirements -Solving contractual disputes and claims -Applying Risk Management Procedures -Applying Change Management Procedures -Managing PMO office and creating a better environment for my team, -Improving project management methods, training PM team, helping the organization for innovations.
Noksel Çelik Boru Sanayi A.Ş. is one of the biggest spiral welded steel pipe manufacturers. My duties at Noksel are as follows: -Reviewing technical specfication of tenders - Preparing necessary documentation (qualification documents, bidding documents etc.) in tendering process - Participating tenders - Reviewing contractual terms and making risk assessment - Demanding changes on contractual terms and plan risk responses - Determining requirements - Determining scope of work accordingly with product scope and quality requirements - Working with planning department and determining the deadline - Creating project charter - Determining milestones and develope schedule - Develope cost management plan - Develope risk management plan - Create factory inspection test plan and develope quality management plan - Develope project plan -Coordinating information flow between different departments and stakeholders - Getting acceptance from customer for deliverables - Organizing shipment accordingly with agreement - Collecting payments accordingly with payment terms on agreement - Closure of the project - Responding costumer requirements after shipment During my duty at Noksel I'm earning experiences in below fields: -Managing international projects at value 1.000.000 - 50.000.000usd -Communication skills with customers (e-mail, teleconferance meetings, videoconferance meetings, face to face meetings etc.) -Managing subcontractor agreements -Managing consortium projects -Marketing research in global markets
