-Responsible for overseeing and managing operational processes for Temu and Amazon. -Coordinating team activities and managing document tracking. -Managing invoice tracking and issuance, and performing monthly financial closing processes. -Monitoring and managing customs clearance processes.
• Managing export customs clearance and shipping operations for Trendyol and various e-commerce brands. • Preparing circulation documents during customs clearance processes. • Tracking shipments after the completion of customs clearance procedures. • Organizing shipments from the warehouse to end customers, including delivery planning, coordination with transportation companies, and operational problem solving. • Controlling bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, MSDS, and other mandatory documents; monitoring customs declaration processes. • Organizing tax payments made to bonded warehouses and preparing reporting files. • Preparing payment and tax lists and sharing them with relevant teams.
