- Plans & manages technical programs to meet Intel high mix low volumes motherboard development milestone. - Provides leadership for the PDT (Product Development Team) members and key interfaces to the program. Charter inclusive of identify tasks, determine dependencies and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. - Responsible to monitor progress against schedule and provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. - Manage a pool of PDT team members consists of Motherboard Design Engineer, Material Program Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Test Program Manager, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Integrator, Production Planner & Quality Engineer. - Responsible to drive meeting schedules, standards and cost. Own the development and coordination / input for NPI & sustaining builds for Intel test motherboard project. - Responsible to drive additional rework in internal motherboard factory and support Intel repair center to repair return board from CPU factory. - Primary owner for Motherboard QAN (Quality Action Notice). Responsible to drive QAN team to run complex DOE(Design of Experiment) & drove root cause analysis of motherboard failures as well as proactively proposed recovery plan for ODM manufacturing and customer manufacturing site. - Managed ODM design product health and assume responsibility as lead for ODM in excursion support. - Primary interface to provide technical advise on motherboard related issues to marketing team. - Primary owner for Intel desktop board CPU electrical compatibility qualification for Intel Series Processor.
