25-year experience in R&D, design, production, installation and application of sun tracking and high concentration and high temperature solar power system: including various type of on-axis sun trackers, heliostats (off-axis solar trackers) and solar furnaces. 10-year experience in R&D of high concentration solar furnaces: take part in designing and operating the first solar furnace that is use to purify polysilicon. 10-year experience in R&D of solar irradiance analysis 7-year experience in R&D, design, production, installation and yield and cost analysis in Low Concentration PV (LCPV) system: completed 2MW project, where the largest one is a 1MW power plant and it was the largest of its kind during that time in China. 17-year experience in flat plate PV module and system: grid-connected ground-mounted solar plant design, BAPV rooftop system design, BIPV system design, off-grid system design, PV module and solar cell production line setup and IEC (or TUV) certification application. 4-year experience in High Concentration PV (HCPV): applying Sunpower Co.’s silicon based concentrated solar cell in earlier of 2000s, from solar cell soldering techniques to module production of three 600W prototypes 4-year experience in designing, applying and installing giant astronomical detection equipment : applying laser, various optics components, optical measurement equipment, vacuum system and electronics system to carry out the Einstein’s prediction on gravitational wave detection; 2-year experience in material science, involve in high purity metal and alloys refinement. Published 31 international peer review papers, 39 conference papers and co-inventors of 12 patents.
