A stalwart in the accounting, auditing and business management. One of my mentors once said, “Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.” My life has always been guided by this profound message. Balance, peace and joy are the fruits of a successful life. It starts with recognizing your talents and finding ways to serve others by using them. Many people believe that you can love your job, but your job will not love you back. But I consider myself one of those lucky (and enviable!) few who have had the great fortune of being loved by the job as well. As a CWA, ACA, CPA by qualification, spent close to a decade primarily with Big 4s PwC and KPMG, before moving on to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship. I founded AccSource 17 years ago in India as a B2B business process outsourcing company primarily for SME’s and Financial services in Australia. Despite no marketing whatsoever, the growth was immense which led to my move to Australia. Today, the AccSource team is 700 plus strong and counting. Hundreds of businesses in the financial services industry, primarily accounting firms (also supporting bookkeepers, financial planners, and mortgage brokers) have benefited from AccSource’s strong back-office capabilities. With the successful journey with AccSource and the evolution of Fintech in the recent years, was the catalyst for my foray into Fintech and founded DigiMoney. DigiMoney is an innovative technology-based lending solution for individuals, small and medium businesses owners seeking private finance. DigiMoney is a Reserve Bank of India licensed Non-Banking Finance Corporation (NBFC). An AI and machine learning backed fintech + NBFC, a potent combination for an elevated user experience, making private financing accessible to everyone, with utmost convenience and speed. DigiMoney “InstaLoan” caters to millennials and low to mid income salaried individuals. With a turnaround time as low as 8 minutes and a 24/7, 365 days operational ability the DigiMoney app is an actively used app with over 250,000 downloads. I have always sought challenges as much as they have sought me. I have derived strength of conviction from each assignment that I undertook. I believe that life has been kind to me and I have been privileged to have struck a balance between work, family, success, learning and expectations. I seek higher ground. I seek work that utilizes my complete potential. I wish to be flung in the mayhem of challenges and responsibilities and I intend to come out unscathed; a newer, better me.

I partnered with Andrew Noble, an archetypal Australian and accountant par excellence, to set up AccSource in 2008 - www.accsource.com.au. We envisioned AccSource as a global strategic outsourcing partner for accounting firms and micro, small and medium enterprises. In our close to 2 decades of combined experience in the field of accounting and auditing, we realised that many firms and small businesses find it difficult to devote resources to routine accounting work. This was the rationale behind the inception of AccSource, which has helped many small and medium business and accounting firms focus on their core competencies, while we took care of their operational, compliance, accounting and administration business processes. Self-belief, sound planning and imagination coupled with determination and perseverance have moulded me with qualities of a leader in turning corporate dreams into a reality. Leading from the front is a responsible role motivating and inspiring the team across all hierarchies to achieve perfection and excel in performance. Every time.
In December 2005, joined KPMG, Chennai as a Manager and later became Senior Manager. Specialising in Assurance Services, I worked primarily on US GAAP engagements, Indian GAAP audit engagements and tax audit. As Senior Manager, I was responsible for Business Development, Profit Centre Management (Chennai Audit Practice), managing Clientele Relationship and leading the Assurance Team.
Overall in-charge for providing assurance services under Indian GAAP in Western India. The experience includes Business Development, Planning of Audit Engagements, coaching the team members, and carrying out review of the work of team members apart from assisting the partner on engagement management.
