Keep stakeholders informed of project risks and potential impacts at all times • Project Operations Support Meeting: Manage logistics and schedule project meetings. Write minutes and track • matters arising. Update relevant forum with decision and outcomes of the meetings. • Financial Management (Projects costing, Business-As-Usual): Manage consolidated project budget. Risk Management. Perfume project risk and issues of concerns. • Operation Management: Update and track project Schedules. Produce consolidated reports per project milestones.
