Provided strategic advice to the Prime Minister and led cross-sector initiatives in creative industries, science, and tourism—from concept development to full implementation - together with Senior Advisor and the team. Acted as a liaison between the Prime Minister’s Office, line ministries, implementation agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination and policy alignment. Led policy development and implementation in areas driving innovation, talent retention, and cultural promotion. Part-time Assistant to an entrepreneur with extensive experience in training and HR management across the public and private sectors, as well as international organisations. Responsibilities included coordinating work schedules; supporting the organisation and delivery of trainings and workshops; and assisting with project proposal writing and project management, including concept development, communication, reporting, and logistics. In addition to working with several mid-sized Serbian companies on establishing their HR departments, we also delivered training programs for the Ministry of Finance through a USAID-funded project.
Planned and organised all PR activities, including social media management, content creation, media communication, strategic PR planning, and mentoring two interns. As an MA student of philosophy, I was also involved in various research activities and conferences at the Institute, including engagement as lecturer at the Alpbach Summer School on European Integration in 2015.
