I’m a Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer with 16 years of hands‑on IT experience across enterprise, EMEA, and medium‑sized business environments. My career began in 2010 supporting a 10,000+ user global corporation, and evolved steadily into identity management, deskside support, and project deployment roles before transitioning into full Infrastructure Operations. I thrive in hybrid environments where Windows, M365, servers, networks, cloud, and cyber all meet — and where a fast, pragmatic problem‑solver actually makes a difference. Over the years I’ve built a reputation as a true jack‑of‑all‑trades IT engineer: the one who can fix the weird escalations, stabilize messy environments, bridge gaps between teams, and jump into new technologies without friction. I’m comfortable running deployments, hardening servers, handling identity issues, managing networks, securing Exchange or cloud resources, or walking into a user’s office to solve a stubborn configuration issue — all in the same day. Part of Data Center/Physicial Infrastructure team. Working in tandem with DC operations, Network Engineeing and Systems Engineering to deliver new physical infrastructure as well as maintain and develop existing one.
Part of the Infrastructure Operations team. Building and maintaining servers both Linux and Windows. Support and maintenance of services such as DNS, ADDS, etc.
I was part of the Enterprise support team, handling day to day IT issues, configuring new employee hardware and software and working on various projects such as office decomissioning. My main objective during my time here was to thorougly resolve the office decomission/move to a new premises. This included hardware decomissioning, contract moves or terminations, new services implementation, etc.
