- Operational and strategic responsible of the Regional Distribution Centres in Europe and Europe Distribution network. - Key player of Europe Distribution network integration following Takeda’s acquisition of Shire. - Lead the global Centre of Excellence in terms of warehouse operations management. - Own, define and deliver budget [7 million EUR] in area of responsibility on agreed targets (FTEs, running costs and projects related costs). - Monitor monthly Key Performance Indicators and address business improvements. - Lead Distribution Coordination Europe team in daily activities (6 FTEs).
- Lead periodic QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and continuous improvement initiatives of Regional 3PLs. - Project manager for the implementation of a regional distribution hub in Germany covering the Continental European markets. - Own, define and deliver budget [4 million EUR] in area of responsibility on agreed targets (FTEs, running costs, and projects related costs). - Developer of the Global Harmonisation Program aiming to align Global and Local procedures cross-functionally (Operation, QA GDP, and Procurement) and leader of the Warehouse Operations assessment part. - Lead Distribution Coordination Europe team in daily activities (4 FTEs).
- Coordinator of the Logistic Sustainable Community of Americas region. - Key developer of the Freight Benchmarking of Latin America. - Project leader of the Warehouse Benchmark program in Latin America to assess actual warehouse costs against forecasts. - Project initiator of Regional Distribution Center establishment in Central America
- Lead KPI analysis to monitor performance in terms of on-time deliveries and satisfaction of customer requirements as well as to facilitate senior-level decision making. - Oversee stock control in terms of availability and freshness of food products. - Manage replenishment activities, stock allocation/balancing in alignment with customer requirements.
